    1. Welcome to The Par Lounge, located at 954 Elk Grove Town Center, Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007.
    2. By booking or using our golf simulator services, you and any guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
  2. Services
    1. The Par Lounge provides golf simulator services for recreational purposes only.
    2. We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
  3. Booking & Payment
    1. All sessions must be booked through our website
    2. Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.
    3. Times may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance
  4. Age Restriction
    1. Users must be at least 18 years old. Users under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  5. Conduct
    1. Users must act respectfully and responsibly. You are responsible for your guests.
    2. Any damage to the simulator or premises caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the booking user.
    3. No Alcohol Policy: The consumption of alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs while using the simulator is strictly prohibited. Users who appear impaired will be denied entry or asked to leave without refund.
  6. Safety
    1. Users must follow all safety guidelines provided by The Par Lounge staff.
    2. The Par Lounge is not responsible for injuries sustained while using the golf simulator.
  7. Equipment Use
    1. Users are responsible for proper equipment use and must report malfunctions immediately.
    2. Misuse of equipment resulting in damage may result in additional charges.
  8. Privacy Policy
    1. We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
  9. Intellectual Property
    1. All content, logos, and branding are the property of The Par Lounge and protected by law.
  10. Governing Law
    1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand that participating in golf simulator activities involves risks, including being struck by balls or clubs, equipment malfunction, and slips/trips/falls. I voluntarily assume all risks of participation.

1. Release of Liability In consideration of using the facilities and equipment of The Par Lounge

    1. I release, waive, and discharge The Par Lounge, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of my use of the facilities, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law.

2. Indemnification

    1. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Par Lounge against any loss, liability, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from my participation or the participation of minors under my supervision.

3. Safety & Conduct

    1. I agree to:
    • Follow all safety instructions and posted rules.
    • Use equipment only as intended.
    • Conduct Yourself responsibly.
    • I understand violations may result in removal without refund.

4. Age Requirement I affirm that I am at least 18 years old. If under 18, this waiver must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Governing Law This waiver is governed by Illinois law. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.

6. Acknowledgment I have read and understood this Waiver & Release of Liability. I voluntarily agree to its terms.
