Welcome to The Par Lounge, located at 954 Elk Grove Town Center, Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007.
By booking or using our golf simulator services, you and any guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions:
1. Services
The Par Lounge provides golf simulator services for recreational purposes only. We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any customer, at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, or conduct that we believe may harm our business, reputation, or other customers.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Any refusal of service will be made in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
2. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked through our website
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.
Times may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance
No-shows are not subject to refunds
3. Age Restriction
Users must be at least 18 years old. Users under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
4. Conduct
Users must act respectfully and responsibly. You are responsible for your guests.
Any damage to the simulator or premises caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the booking user.
No Alcohol Policy: The consumption of alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs while using the simulator is strictly prohibited. Users who appear impaired will be denied entry or asked to leave without refund.
5. Safety
Users must follow all safety guidelines provided by The Par Lounge staff.
The Par Lounge is not responsible for injuries sustained while using the golf simulator.
6. Equipment Use
Users are responsible for proper equipment use and must report malfunctions immediately.
Misuse of equipment resulting in damage may result in additional charges.
ABSOLUTELY NO CLEATS ARE PERMITTED FOR USE ON TURF
7. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and branding are the property of The Par Lounge and protected by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

11. Video surveillance
Customers and their parties consent to video recording in the simulator and lounge area. By entering the premises and participating in activities, Customers knowingly and voluntarily consent to such recording as permitted by Illinois law.
Customers understand that refusal to consent may result in denial of service.
12. Decor and Property Protection
Customers are strictly prohibited from removing any decor, furnishings, or property from the premises. Any such removal will be considered unauthorized and may be treated as theft. The Company reserves the right to charge the full replacement value of any missing items and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
13. Group Size Limit
To ensure safety, quality of service, and an enjoyable experience for all guests, group sizes are limited to a maximum of five (5) individuals per booking, bay, tee time, or designated area, unless otherwise expressly approved by the Par Lounge in writing. Customers may not exceed this limit at any time during their reservation. The Par Lounge reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or require any additional individuals beyond the permitted group size to leave the premises.
If a group exceeds the maximum allowed number of participants, the Par Lounge may, at its sole discretion:
- charge additional fees,
- modify or cancel the reservation without refund, and/or
- terminate the session or services.
All determinations will be made in accordance with applicable laws and for the purpose of maintaining safety and operational standards.
14. Equipment / Golf Club Policy:
Customers are responsible for providing their own golf clubs and equipment. The Par Lounge does not provide or rent golf clubs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customers acknowledge that failure to bring appropriate equipment may limit or prevent participation, and no refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided on that basis. The Par Lounge reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who does not have appropriate equipment necessary to safely and properly use the facilities.

Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participating in golf simulator activities involves risks, including being struck by balls or clubs, equipment malfunction, and slips/trips/falls. I voluntarily assume all risks of participation.
1. Release of Liability
In consideration of using the facilities and equipment of The Par Lounge
I release, waive, and discharge The Par Lounge, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of my use of the facilities, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law.
2. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Par Lounge against any loss, liability, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from my participation or the participation of minors under my supervision.
3. Safety & Conduct
I agree to:
Follow all safety instructions and posted rules.
Use equipment only as intended.
Conduct Yourself responsibly.
I understand violations may result in removal without refund.
4. Age Requirement
I affirm that I am at least 18 years old. If under 18, this waiver must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
5. Governing Law
This waiver is governed by Illinois law. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
6. Acknowledgment
I have read and understood this Waiver & Release of Liability. I voluntarily agree to its terms.
